DSA Reporting & Complaints

1. Reporting Illegal Content (DSA Art. 16)

Under the Digital Services Act (DSA), you can report content that you consider to be illegal. We are committed to processing all reports promptly and in a non-arbitrary, objective manner.

2. What to Include in a Report

To help us process your report efficiently, please include:

  • A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal
  • A clear indication of the exact location of the content (URL or screenshot)
  • Your name and email address (for follow-up communication)
  • A declaration of good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete

3. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge receipt of your report without undue delay. Our team reviews all reports in a timely, diligent, and non-discriminatory manner. You will be informed of our decision and the reasons behind it.

4. Internal Complaint-Handling (DSA Art. 20)

If you disagree with a content moderation decision — whether content was removed, access was restricted, or your account was affected — you may file a complaint through our internal complaint-handling system. Complaints are reviewed by staff not involved in the initial decision.

5. Right to Appeal

You have the right to appeal any content moderation decision. Appeals are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe and you will be notified of the outcome without undue delay.

6. Point of Contact for Users (DSA Art. 11)

For all DSA-related inquiries, users can contact us at: dsa@kejn.com. We communicate in English, German, French, and Italian.

7. Point of Contact for Authorities (DSA Art. 12)

Authorities and the Digital Services Coordinator may reach us at: dsa@kejn.com.

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement

You have the right to select any certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to resolve disputes relating to content moderation decisions. This is without prejudice to your right to initiate proceedings before a court.
