Withdrawal Rights

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

3. Withdrawal Deadline

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely for digital content if you have expressly consented to the performance beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Refund Process

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

7. US State Cancellation Rights
